Are you licensed and bonded?

Yes, Godliness Cleaning Service, LLC is COMPLETELY licenses and bonded, since 2004.

How long will my cleaning take?

With this there is no hard fast rule on how long each cleaning will take. The reason for this is that each home, rental, commercial building, or construction home are completely different. Some may need a light cleaning and others may require a deep clean. During the quote or walk through we always try to be as honest as possible when it comes to the amount of time needed to clean.

Do you use natural or organic items?

The simple answer is sometimes. When cleaning a domestic (houses people live in), if asked by the owner we do have the materials and capabilities to use natural, and organic items to clean.

However, when cleaning rentals, constructions, or commercial buildings we tend to stay away from organic items as the cleaning tends to be deeper.

If we use you for a move out cleaning is it GUARANTEED?

Yes! We guarantee all of our work. As long as there is no damage (i.e. irremovable stains, knicked floor) then we promise that you will be good to go. If there is an issue let us know and we will rectify the issue.

Since this is a military town, do you offer military discounts?

Sadly, we do not. As a team with personal ties to the military community we strive to ensure that our prices are affordable to all. If there are any questions or concerns please let us know.

what frequency of cleanings can i do?

The frequency of your cleanings are completely up to you. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly (deep clean) options. Truth is that we can even offer last minute cleanings, as long as the schedule allows.

ozone treatments and stripping of floors

If you had animals, or smoke in the home then an Ozone treatment could definitely help (especially when moving out). Along with this we also can strip and wax floors. Just let us know what you need and we will gladly assist.

do you offer carpet cleaning?

Yes, Godliness Cleaning offers carpet cleaning services through our affiliate. They are licensed and bonded as well. So you know you are in good hands.

what about other companies, do you recommend them?

When it comes to other companies you can rest assured that if we cannot help that we will point you in the direction of a top notch company that can.
